Tingle Development and Consulting, Inc. has developed a number of assisted living facilities in Iowa, and established the operations for each
of those facilities. This involved two distinctly separate but related processes. The first process involved taking the floor plans through the plans review and approval process and directing the construction
of a compliant building. As the state's requirements for assisted living facilities were in transition at that time, this was an involved and lengthy process.
The second process involved taking generic business
operations policies and procedures, and modifying them extensively so they conform to state codes. The state's requirements for assisted living operational policies and procedures have remained in a constant state
of transition, so this is an ongoing process.
These two processes were then blended together to create a cohesive, compliant and efficient operation that is adaptive at meeting the changing assisted living
